Where we deliver?
On Membership & Donations: Memberships can be purchased and donations can be made from anywhere in Australia and internationally.
On Merchandise: T-shirts can be purchased and delivered throughout Australia and internationally. We use Australia Post to deliver packages, and they have access to 328 million delivery points worldwide.
What is the estimated delivery time?
On Membership & Donations: Memberships and donations are confirmed within 24 hours of placing the order or making the donation.
On Merchandise: We deliver nationwide with deliveries to metro areas taking 7-10 days and deliveries to regional areas taking around 2-3 weeks.

How much am I paying?
On Membership & Donations: Membership prices are $35 (concession), $70 (individual), $300 (organisation) and $750 (corporate). Donations can be made in any amount.
On Merchandise: ACSA t-shirts are $20. If purchasing a t-shirt, you will receive FREE standard shipping Australia wide and internationally.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
On Membership & Donations: Once your membership or donation is confirmed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from ACSA together with a date-stamped receipt of your order or donation, marking the date the membership was purchased or the donation was made to ACSA.

How are my orders packaged?
On merchandise: T-shirts are mailed using a standard white A4 Courier Bag. If connected with a membership purchase, t-shirts will be packaged with a welcoming letter.

Cancellation and refunds
On Membership: Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Membership fees are normally non-refundable but if you have made an error in your membership selection or change your mind about joining ACSA, please contact us.
On Donations: We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally nonrefundable but if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us.
On Merchandise: If you are not satisfied with your product or would like a different size, we are happy to exchange it for a new one or refund your purchase price. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us to arrange a refund/exchange.
